“The gut is a garden, requiring care and nourishment to thrive.”
~Giulia Enders

“Every disease begins in the gut.”
~Hippocrates, Ancient Greek physician, nearly 2500 years ago.

“The greatest predictor of a healthy gut microbiome is the diversity of plants in one’s diet.”
~Will Bulsiewicz

Maintaining good gut health is crucial for overall health and well-being. Poor digestion and dysbiosis can be linked to various health problems. Ayurveda offers a comprehensive approach to managing gut health that extends beyond the typical recommendations of healthy eating, managing stress, exercising, consuming fermented and prebiotic foods, and so on.

Ayurveda does not follow a ‘one size fits all’ approach. Rather, it offers personalized dietary and lifestyle recommendations based on an individual’s needs. This series aims to equip you with the necessary skills to identify and address gut issues through both preventive and curative care. You will learn how to manage your diet and digestion to achieve optimal well-being.

You will learn how to optimize digestion through natural foods and herbal protocols, mindful eating, stimulating the enteric nervous system, and cleansing techniques such as intermittent fasting.
